Who we're looking for.
Someone who keeps eyes on data while hands stay on the wheel. Not 'analyst-only' or 'operator-only' — we need people who run the weekly operations cadence, form hypotheses from the data, and decide what to test next week.
- 012+ years operating on TikTok Shop, Rakuten, Amazon, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms
- 02Comfortable building daily reports in Excel / Google Sheets with pivots and formulas
- 03Can propose product-page, thumbnail, and title optimizations backed by data
- 04Bonus: can communicate with Chinese HQ or overseas brands in English or Chinese
- 05Enjoys the speed of the e-commerce industry; happy testing new formats
B / RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day.
- 01Day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop Japan stores (listing, inventory, fulfillment)
- 02Weekly + monthly revenue / CVR / CTR reporting and team review
- 03A/B tests on product pages, thumbnails, and titles
- 04Recurring meetings with brand owners and HQ teams
- 05Onboarding to platform new features and campaign programs
C / REQUIREMENTS
Must-have.
- ●2+ years operating any e-commerce platform
- ●Practical fluency with Excel / Google Sheets pivots and formulas
- ●Business-level Japanese (reading & writing)
- ●Comfortable speaking from data in weekly meetings
- ●Commute to Shibuya office or hybrid remote
Nice-to-have.
- ●TikTok Shop or Chinese e-commerce platform operations experience
- ●Business-level Chinese or English
- ●BI tools (Looker / Tableau / Metabase)
- ●Amazon Brand Analytics / Rakuten RMS analytics experience
