A / TALENT PROFILE
Who we're looking for.
Someone who delivers on both 'people' and 'business' axes — building long-term one-on-one relationships with creators AND hitting brand revenue targets. This is six-month to one-year relationship building, not spot-buy transactions.
- 013+ years in creator BD or influencer marketing
- 02Direct experience negotiating and contracting with individual creators (agency-rep'd and freelance)
- 03Deep category knowledge in beauty, lifestyle, or F&B
- 04Can design hybrid affiliate + flat-fee compensation models
- 05Balanced perspective — both creator-side and brand-side
B / RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day.
- 01Sourcing new creators (DM outreach, events, referrals)
- 02Monthly check-ins + career conversations with existing creators
- 03Brand × creator matching campaign design
- 04Contract / compensation / campaign execution management
- 05Ongoing maintenance of the 500+ creator network
C / REQUIREMENTS
Must-have.
- ●3+ years creator BD or influencer marketing
- ●Native or business-level Japanese
- ●Familiarity with individual contractor paperwork (business contracts, withholding tax, tax filing)
- ●Regular commute to Shibuya office (hybrid remote OK)
Nice-to-have.
- ●Industry experience in beauty, fashion, or F&B
- ●Business-level Chinese or English (for Chinese HQ + overseas brand coordination)
- ●Time at a creator/talent agency
- ●Personal SNS presence
